ÒWarnerÕs Best Bra Tip for PromÓ

  1. The Contest Period starts at 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time (ÒESTÓ) on Apr 7th, 2008 and closes at 11:00 pm EST on May 11th, 2008 (the ÒContest Closing DateÓ).
  2. This Contest is open to all residents of Canada (except residents of Quebec) who are between the ages of 13 and 18.  However, employees of, or members of the immediate family of, or persons domiciled with an employee of the Contest Sponsors (Youth Culture Inc. and Warnaco), their agents, parent, affiliated or related companies, subsidiaries, divisions and their promotional agencies and partners are ineligible to enter the Contest.  
  3. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the Contest.
  4. To enter the Contest, fill out, by the Contest Closing Date, the on-line entry form located on the Contest site at: www.vervegirl.com (this will include entering your verve girl ID and password). If you don't have a verve girl ID, you must sign up for a free ID to enter the Contest - directions for obtaining an ID are available at point of entry.
  5. Limit of 1 (one) entry per ID during the Contest Period.  Entries received online shall be deemed to be submitted by the holder of the ID account.  If multiple entries are submitted by the same person and/or have come from the same ID account, all such entries may be disqualified. 
  6. All entries must be submitted no later than the Contest Closing Date.
  7. THE DRAW: On or around May 11th, 2008, (the ÒDraw DateÓ), at the head office of Youth Culture Inc., located at 245-401 Richmond Street West, Toronto, Ontario, one entry will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. 
  8. The selected entrant will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the Draw Date at the email address indicated on their verve girl ID account.  If a selected entrant cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days following the draw, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, declines the prize, or fails to return the Waiver of Liability Form as specified below, the entry is null and void and another entrant will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries.
  9. THE PRIZE: One (1) grand prizewinner will be randomly selected to receive the following prize for her and four friends.
    1. Bra and panty set for each of five (5) persons.
    2. Complimentary fitting at a local Sears or Bay store for each of five (5) persons

The approximate value of the prize $360.00 CAD.

All prizing fulfillment will be done by Warnaco.

Grand prizewinner is responsible for all costs associated with getting to their local Sears or Bay store. Should a grand prizewinner not be able to get themselves to a Sears or Bay store they will be sent the size of bra and panty sets they request in writing in correspondence with Warnaco.

  1. Before a selected entrant is declared the winner of the Contest, he or she must answer a time limited, mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone at a mutually convenient time. 
  2. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsors who assume no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of application information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, printing errors, lost, misdirected, late, delayed or garbled entries, data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof.
  3. Entries/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. Contest Sponsors shall not be held responsible for any errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Contest including any damage to an entrantÕs computer equipment, system, software or any combination thereof, as a result of their participation in this Contest.  All decisions of the Contest Sponsors are final in all matters as they relate to this Contest.
  4. In order to be declared the winner of the Contest, the selected entrant must (within a specified time), complete and return to the Contest Sponsors a contest eligibility and liability/publicity release (a ÒWaiver of Liability FormÓ) confirming compliance with these Contest rules, releasing the Contest Sponsors and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents and promotional partners from all liability, loss or damage of any kind incurred with respect to participation in the Contest, the awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of the Prize, or participation in prize-related activities and, except where prohibited by law, permitting the Contest Sponsors to use the selected entrantÕs name, address (city and province) and image, without compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, including the Internet, in any publicity carried out by the Contest Sponsors.  If the selected entrant is under the age of majority in his or her province or territory of residence, the Waiver of Liability Form must be signed and submitted by his or her parent or legal guardian.  
  5. No correspondence will be entered into, except with the selected entrant.
  6. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account.
  7. The odds of winning the Contest are dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. 
  8. The Contest is subject to the applicable legislation and regulations of Canada and the relevant province(s) or territory (territories) and is void where prohibited.
  9. All decisions of the Contest judges are final and cannot be reviewed or in any way appealed. The prize has no cash surrender value. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions for all or any portions of the Prize.
  10. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to withdraw, amend, terminate or suspend in whole or in part this Contest at any time without prior notice and without liability.
  11. Personal information collected by the Contest Sponsors in the course of the Contest will be used for the purposes of administering the Contest and in connection with any publicity relating to the Contest.
