Model On The Move

Model On The Move

A typical day would start at 7 a.m. I wake up, wash my face and brush my teeth.

I take 20 minutes to do morning exercises and 10 minutes for stretches. I shower after that, blow dry my hair, put on a little bit of makeup  – light concealer and powder, with mascara and lipgloss. At castings they do NOT want to see a “done up” look!
Breakfast is usually cereal, a cup of tea and a fruit. I’ll have yogurt or a bagel sometimes, or eggs. If really tired I’ll make a cup of coffee.

I leave the house by 9 and go to the agency for 9:30.  I grab more of my composites and the schedule for the day. Most of the time I can get the schedule online the day before, but best to check with the agency for day of changes.

First casting usually starts at 10a.m. Between the castings I would grab a sandwich and a drink from a deli. Several times a day I’d pick up snacks like nuts and ice cream. Then at the evening shows I would have dinner.

On the subway I either listen to my iPod or read a book. During Fashion Week I was reading was Deception Point by Dan Brown.
