Lights out for Earth Hour

This weekend, do something for the earth.
This weekend, do something for the earth. The Montreal City council announced that Montreal will be participating in Earth Hour 2008, this Saturday, March 29th. Between 8 pm and 9 pm, all administrative buildings of the city will turn their lights off – and citizens are encouraged to do the same.

Turning off the lights for an hour – just long enough to indulge in a relaxing bubble bath surrounded by scented candles or a fancy homemade candlelit dinner – is an easy way of showing you care about fighting against climate change.
