5. The Flapper Dress
In the 1920s, flapper referred to rebellious young women who wore short skirts, bobbed their hair and listened to jazz. We aren’t the only ones feeling the look, since Badgley Mischka and Marc Jacobs both sent variations of the flapper dress down the runway.

The Smoky EyeFor the classic party look, build your smoky eye from the lash line and let it billow out. Brush your medium tone shadow along the upper lid, then add your darker shade at the inner and outer corners of the eye. Gently blend. (Repeat on lower lashes.) Line the inner rim of your lashes with a nude or white pencil to make the eyes pop.
