Mint Fondue
Complete a Valentine's evening with the girls by serving up a rich mint fondue. Click here for an easy recipe! Green & Black’s Mint Fondue
What you’ll need…
1 - 100gr (3.5 oz) Green & Black’s Mint bar
1/8 cup + 1 tbsp of water
6 fresh mint leaves chopped
Stove-top directions:1. Break up the chocolate and put in a saucepan with water.
2. Over low heat, stir with a wire whisk until ingredients are smooth
3. Add mint leaves and let infuse for 5 mins
If the sauce is too thick, add a few drops of water and whisk
Microwave directions:1. Break up the chocolate and put in a plastic bowl with the water
2. Give the mixture of ingredients 10-20 seconds bursts in the microwave and whisk in-betweem.
3. Repeat until mixture is blended and warm
4. Add the mint leaves and let infuse for 5 mins.
Dippables:Dried apricots, apples slices, fig, brownies, pineapple or strawberries (our fave!)
Fon-DON’T: Don’t overheat! Chocolate will burn easily.
