Ice Cream Dream
You are what you eat. We checked out a study from Chicago’s Smell & Taste Treatment and Research Foundation. The study links a person’s favourite ice cream flavours with their personality traits. Here’s what we found out about Shawn: His penchant for chocolate chips in his cookie dough ice cream indicates Shawn is generous, competitive and accomplished; charming in social situations, ambitious and competent.
Flossin’!
Now, our darling Mr. Desman is used to spending $100-$300 a pop when he hits the CD shops. We set him loose with a whopping $25 (LOL) at HMV. At the $9.99 DVD rack, Shawn picks up The Princess Bride. “This is my favourite movie,” he reveals. He’s appalled that none of us shares his passion. We earnestly promise we’ll check out the flick someday. He seems satisfied and we are able move on. At the poster rack, Shawn finds a Jessica Simpson poster ($6.99). He told us: “I’m gonna put it up in my home studio!” After taxes, the total cost of Shawn’s HMV spending spree: $19.53!!!
What the Wheels Reveal
Shawn drives a blue Lexus. Some researchers are confident that you can tell a lot about a guy by the colour of his car. If a guy’s whip is blue: “He might be conservative and loyal; he might value affection and tenderness. Blue is an emotional colour, cool and calm, promoting relaxation and tranquility.”
Shawn says: “Yes, that’s exactly me!”
The Writing is on the Wall
Handwriting analysts can tell a lot about a person just by how they dot their Is and cross their Ts. We thought we’d have a bit of fun and see what Shawn’s scrawl says about him.
• The handwriting shows a few signs of a perfectionist personality. The subject may seem somewhat more orderly and methodical than the average person.
• He will prefer to abide by the law, and perhaps appear more reliable and conscientious.
• The handwriting shows some signs of expansiveness, and this is an indication of an extrovert personality.
• The subject perhaps takes life more lightly than the average person. He may become quite easily bored, and often yearns for change and variety.
• The subject has a signature that is larger than 85% of the population. He sees himself in a relative position of power and responsibility. He is more confident than the average signer.
• The signature is written quite illegibly indicating some sense of superiority. Writers who scrawl their signature are saying that the reader of the document should know who they are, without having to actually be able to read the words.
