Simple Plan Interview Contest runs from February 12- February 15, 2008 inclusive (winner chosen February 15, 2008), ending on February 15 at 12:00 pm, Eastern Time.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the Simple Plan Interview Contest
To enter the Simple Plan Interview Contest, sign up at www.vervegirl.com. If you are not already a member, you must fill in all required fields in order to sign up for the contest. (This will include entering your ID and password). If you don't have an ID, you must sign up for one to enter the Contest - directions for obtaining an ID are available at point of entry. Post entry in the form of a question in the Simple Plan Room [at] vervegirl.com Winner will receive:
*Interview with Simple Plan in Toronto on Feb 20th
* A signed CD library
*Location of interview to be disclosed after a winner has been confirmed (By Youth Culture Inc) before the interview on Feb. 20th, 2008
No correspondence will be entered into, except with selected entrants.
No Transportation will be provided to or from the interview.

In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an on-line Entry, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account.
The odds of winning the Contest are dependent on the total number of eligible Entries received. Candidates between the ages of thirteen and nineteen, who are residents of Ontario ONLY, are eligible for selection in The Simple Plan Interview Contest Candidate’s entries are not accepted if they areemployees of, or members of the immediate family of, or persons domiciled with an employee of the sponsors involved.
The Simple Plan Interview Contest Sponsors, their agents, parent, affiliated or related companies, subsidiaries, divisions and promotional agencies, are ineligible. Proof of identification must be provided upon request. If the winner of the Contest is under the age of majority, the Prize must be accepted by his or her parent or legal guardian.
The Simple Plan Interview Contest Sponsors, through The Simple Plan Interview Contest Judges, may disqualify any Candidate, before or after judging, if the Candidate is determined to be ineligible to either enter or be selected as aThe Simple Plan Interview Contest . Competition Judges have the sole discretion to determine if all The Simple Plan Interview Contest Rules and Regulations have been complied with.
The Simple Plan Interview Contest is subject to the applicable legislation and regulations of Canada and the relevant province(s) or territory (territories) and is void where prohibited.
All decisions of The Simple Plan Interview Contest are final and cannot be reviewed or in any way appealed. Awards to successful Candidates have no cash surrender value. The Simple Plan Interview Contest Sponsors reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions for all or any portion of thePrize Pack.
The Simple Plan Interview Contest Sponsors reserve the rights to withdraw, amend, terminate or suspend in whole or in part this The Simple Plan Interview Contest at any time without prior notice and without liability. The Winner also agrees to allow Youth Culture to take film and video of the interview and upload it to Vervegirl.com
By completing the Application Form, consent is given to the collection, use and distribution of the personal information disclosed, by the Competition Sponsors for the purposes of running the Competition (information is stored for approximately 1 year). Competition Sponsors will not sell or transmit this information to third parties except for the purposes of administering the Competition. Any inquiry concerning the personal information held by the Competition Sponsors should be addressed to the Competition Sponsors.
Each successful Candidate, or their parents or legal guardians where applicable, agree to the use of their image and photograph, all without any further compensation, in any publicity or advertising relating to the Competition by the Competition Sponsors.
The following definitions apply throughout The Simple Plan Interview Contest Rules. Where words are defined in the singular, the plural of that word has a comparable meaning; where words are defined in the plural, the singular form of that word has a comparable meaning. The possessive form of a word also has a comparable meaning to that word.

(b) “Candidate” means the person whose name and applicable personal information are entered on a Application Form and "Successful Candidate" means a Candidate who has been chosen to be a
