Treat your Feet - Do-it-yourself pedicure

Give yourself a mini pedicure, right at home
From shopping, to dancing, to the beach, we’re always on the go.  But we tend to forget to take care of our tired feet.  Get a couple of your best friends and a pile of your fave magazines and give yourselves a mini pedicure right at home.  Here’s how:

Step 1:  Get a bowl and fill it up with warm water.  Throw in some Epsom Salts ($4.99 at London Drugs) and soak your feet for 20 minutes.

Step 2:
Gently exfoliate your feet with  a Foot File (available at The Body Shop, $6.50).

Step 3:
Put on your favorite nail polish color. ElePhantasic Pink from OPI is the shade we like.

Step 4: Finish it off with a nice Peppermint Cooling Foot Lotion (Body Shop $28.00). The Cocoa Butter and Sweet Almond Oil will leave your feet feeling cool and refreshed.

Step 5: Grab your girlfriends and your favorite pair of flip flops or heels and go out on the town!
