Good for the Planet, Great for Skin

When you consider that your skin is actually your body’s biggest organ, it makes sense not to slather it with anything harmful. We’re talkin’ to you, scary unpronounceable chemicals! Which is why we’ve opted for all-natural organic products to round out our summer beauty regime.
When you consider that your skin is actually your body’s biggest organ, it makes sense not to slather it with anything harmful. We’re talkin’ to you, scary unpronounceable chemicals!

Which is why we’ve opted for all-natural organic products to round out our summer beauty regime.

First of all, there’s Sultry Suds’ Citrus Sugar Scrub. It’s a smells-so-good-you-want-to-eat-it mix of avocado, almond and apricot that keeps us exfoliated and super smooth. Find it at The Herbal Clinic and Dispensary at 409 Roncesvalles Ave. or visit out www.sultrysuds.ca for a list of other retailers.

Post-scrub, we’ve been applying liberal doses of Body Butter by Simply. It makes us feel all silky and sleek, with the help of organic shea butter, safflower oil and vitamin E. Bonus: It smells like chocolate thanks to fair-trade cocao butter. Available at Grassroots, 408 Bloor St. W.
