Drink plenty of water
All skin types, even the oiliest, gets drier with age. The body’s natural oils, which protect the skin and retain moisture, diminish with age, leaving skin vulnerable to dehydration. If you don’t like the taste of water, try diluting fruit juice with half a glass of mineral water. I like a glass of warm water with
