Beauty Expert, Charmaine Gooden, tells us why it's important to use a sunscreen everyday.

We all need sun exposure for a daily does of vitamin D. But ultraviolet light in A and B wavelengths can make you look old before your time by breaking down skin’s supporting collagen and elastin fibers, which give it resilience and elasticity.  It also causes skin cancer, including potentially deadly malignant melanoma. For maximum protection, apply sunscreen twice.  A second application will cover the spots the firs application missed.  It’s easier if you use a moisturizer or foundations with an SPF included, or use sunscreen as your moisturizer.
