Prom beauty Tip #3 - What can be more lavish than a little dusting of gold on your lids? For this look, Stroh suggests using two shades of gold.

HOW TO USE PROM BEAUTY TIP #3
Sweep the darker of the two shadows all over your lid with a medium-sized shadow brush avoiding the brow. Highlight the brow bone with the paler shade and dab a little onto the inner corners of the eyes (this will really make it pop). Blend everything so there are no lines.
Curl lashes and apply two coats of black mascara.
Stroh also suggests cheeks stay natural pink and lips should be pretty natural as well. “Nude colours will look more dramatic but soft pinks also work.” With a nude lipstick add a touch of clear gloss on top, but Stroh advises not to go too glossy or your eyes will look too shimmery.

A Note On Laying The Perfect Foundation:
Select a few colours that are closest to your natural skin tone. Next, apply a couple dots of each color on areas of your jaw line (the best place to test). Take a look near a window under natural light. The right shade is one that you can’t see because it blends in so well.
